hey merry christmas first and furmost! i hate to be staying home and not going out of town for xmas. i usually spend my christmas up north and i'm still sad i wasn't able to do so this year. anyways, still hangin' on. i bought kfc's christmas bucket last night after work for noche buena (even though it's just me and my sister who would be celebrating). it was a huge bucket with 8 piece chicken, 4 fixins (i picked mashed potato), 4 regular sized soda & 8 brownies. the worst part was i couldn't find any cab last night so i need to walk and was forced to ride a jeep instead, as if i had a choice. moving on, what matters most was i got home safe and sound. when i got home my sister already made fruit salad, frozen and chilled. i felt happy although we spent
noche buena home alone whilst the rest of our family were up north. work that's all. and for myself, i stayed up 'til past 10pm and as much as i want to wake up as soon as the clock ticked 12 midnight i really can't. i was dead sleepy already and tired for the day.
as i'm writing this blog, it's already christmas. i woke up early to cook spaghetti and yeah it was overcooked lol. i hate using electric stove. the tomato sauce was super sweet as well. our brother paid us a visit and brought brownies, polvoron and non-fat chiffon cake. our dad must've sent him for christmas since we're celebrating christmas in our lonesome. i went out later today to buy me this cute scrapbook since the one i had was all filled and that i need a new one for this year. it's like a new scrapbook for another chapter of my life.
merry christmas. i'd be busy today stacking all the leftover pasta in the fridge. i'm still looking forward to new year's eve!
